From 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024, in the lobby of the Kansas State University Student Union building, representatives of religious organizations set up exhibition areas, introducing their religions to interested professors and students. The Cao Dai exhibition area received enthusiastic support and assistance from a number of Kansas University students, who visited the Tay Ninh Holy See on the occasion of the Great Festival Commemorating God in 2023.

The World Religions Festival program took place from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Kansas State Student Union Hall, attracting nearly 600 attendees. The program began with a slideshow of some images that Professor Michael Wesch and his students recorded during their visit to the Tay Ninh Holy See in 2023.

After Professor Michael Wesch's opening speech, a total of 32 performances were presented, alternating between artistic performances and brief presentation of religious leaders about their respective religions. Since most of the audience did not have much information about the new religions of East Asia, the presentations mainly focused on highlighting experiences, short stories and basic characteristics of their respective religions.

The presentation on Cao Dai by Rev. Thuong Canh Thanh, Former Head of the Overseas Representative Board of the Cao Dai Sacerdotal Council and PhD Candidate Nguyen Tuan Em, introduced some basic features of the new religion opened by God through spiritism and is a part of the history, culture and tradition of Vietnam.

The program ended with a reception party to welcome the delegations and the audience, most of whom were Professors and students of KSU, with exchange activities with other religions, with professors and students of Kansas State University, and ended at 11:00 pm on the same day.

Previously, at 6:00 pm on August 26, 2024, Professor Dr. Richard H. Linton, President of Kansas State University, was present at the welcoming party for the delegations attending the World Religions Festival and took souvenir photos.

It is noted that the 2nd World Religions Festival would be organized by Daesoon Jinrihoe in Seoul, Korea, in August 2025.
