☆1935 autumn, Hidemaru Deguchi, Alternate Spiritual Leader, ordered to Kiyozumi Kakehi, Special Emissary of the Spiritual Leader, to visit Tay Ninh.
☆1935 October, Cao Dai and Oomoto formed an affiliation.
☆1955 August, His Eminence Tran Van Que and three other members of Cao Dai attended the World Religious Conference for Peace held in Ayabe
☆1956 April, representatives of Cao Dai attended the Spring Grand Festival of Oomoto.
☆1956 July, Isao Deguchi, President of Oomoto, attended the Celebration of Completion of Cao Dai Headquarters in Danang. He also visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆1968 November, Thua Su Tan, Chief Secretary of the Spiritual Leader of Cao Dai, visited Oomoto.
☆1969 October, Eizo Itoo visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆1973 August, Teruaki Furuta and two members of Oomoto visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆1974 September 29, Teruaki Furuta and other members of Oomoto Delegation of Agriculture (Hase Gawa Akihiro and Hase Gawa Tatsuo) visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh and gave 2 plowing machines and 1 camera.
☆1975 June, His Eminence Do Tan Tuong and two other members of Cao Dai attended the World Federation Japanese Religious Conference for Peace in Kameoka. Oomoto donated relief fund to them.
☆1991 April, Rev. Giao Huu Thuong Mang Thanh in California corresponded to Oomoto.
☆1993 November, Rev. Giao Huu Thuong Mang Thanh in California participated in the World Religious Forum in Ayabe.
☆1995 June, Mitsuo Yamasaki visited Cao Dai temples in California.
☆1997 March, Nguyen Van Hoa and two other members of Cao Dai visited Oomoto.
☆1997 June, Masato Deguchi visited Cao Dai temple in Los Angeles.
☆1997 July, Kyotaro Deguchi visited Cao Dai temple in Sydney.
☆1997 August, Rev. Hum Dac Bui and three other members of Cao Dai in California visited Oomoto.
☆1998 February, Masato Deguchi and Mitso Yamasaki visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆1999 November, Yasumi Hirose, President of Jinrui Aizenkai, Kyotaro Deguchi, Masato Deguchi and ten other members of Oomoto visted Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆2003 March, Pham Huu An and Hau Giang members of Cao Dai visited Oomoto.
☆2004 September, Yasumi Hirose, President of Oomoto, and seven other members of Oomoto visited Cao Dai temple in Orange county in California.
☆2012 July, twelve Oomoto members visited Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh.
☆2013 May – His Eminence Cardinal Thuong Tam Thanh (Nguyen Thanh Tam) Chairman of the Cao Dai Sacerdotal Council, Tay Ninh Headquarters, along with 14 members visited Oomoto in Kameoka and Ayabe to attend the Oomoto Miroku Great Festival held on May 5, 2013.
☆2015 September – Her Holiness Madam Kurenai Deguchi, Spiritual Leader of Oomoto, plans to lead a delegation of many Oomoto members to visit Cao Dai Headquarters in Tay Ninh and to attend the 90th Great Festival commemorating the Divine Mother Goddess (Đức Diêu Trì Kim Mẫu), at the invitation of His Eminence Cardinal Thuong Tam Thanh, Chairman of the Cao Dai Sacerdotal Council, Tay Ninh Headquarters.
